      We want you to absolutely love our jewellery and shop 100% worry-free. Hence, within 90 days of purchase, we offer no questions asked cash refunds.


      Fuss-Free Returns Process 

      If you changed your mind about our jewellery and would like a refund, you can easily do so in 2 ways: Postage Returns or Store Returns. 

      Postage Returns

      1. Message our customer service hotline at +65 8733 3307 with your refund request and order number.
      2. Once we have verified your order, you can post the item back to our head office. Do note that postage costs will be borne by you. We highly recommend using registered mail or an insured courier as we will not be responsible for any jewellery damaged or lost in transit.

      3. Once we have received the item and verified that the item is in its original condition and packaging, we will trigger the refund within two days. You can expect to receive the refund via your original payment method three days after we trigger the refund. 

      Store Returns

      Alternatively, you can head down to our store (check out our store locations) to obtain a refund directly. We'll verify your product and order on the spot. You'll receive the refund via your original payment method in three days. 


      Complimentary Repairs 

      Our jewellery is of exceptional quality and will last a long time if properly cared for. We understand, however, sometimes accidents do happen. There's nothing worse than accidentally damaging a newly bought bracelet. 

      If your jewellery is damaged within 3 months of purchase, we offer a complimentary repair service just for you. Simply head down to our store with the item and order number and we'll see what we can do to fix it. This is offered free of charge. Because nothing makes us happier than seeing our jewellery worn by loved and cherished by our customers for a long time.


      Defective Jewellery 

      Our jewellery is manufactured under the highest standards of quality control. However, if there are any defects in jewellery purchased from us, we will offer a replacement immediately. Do notify us of the defect as soon as you can by calling or messaging our hotline. We're deeply apologetic and will do everything we can to make sure every customer gets a quality piece she loves.
